The CNC rebar straightening and cutting machine is used for straightening and cutting the 3 ~ 16 mm smooth wire rod steel, cold -rolled ribbed rebar, hot-rolled ribbed rebar automatically and continuously. The outstanding features are high efficiency ( straightening speed in 136m/min) and accurate precision (sizing error in ¡À1 mm).

1. Controlled by SIEMENS CNC system, it is used for straightening ,cutting and storing the rebar (round smooth wire and ribbed rebar) automatically.
2. The cut-off rebars can be aligned automatically, saving time and effort. With the advanced storage settings and buffered pick-up mechanisms, no need to stop the machine when packing.
3. The straightening process and the conveying mechanism are controlled by numerical control system, which can be steplessly regulated; the straightening speed is fast (straightening speed can reach 136m/min), the straightness is high, and the safety is strong.
